Looking back over the year and I am so so grateful for all the studios and clients that I am able to teach Pilates, dance and barre to🤸

And for @themoveunion for the knowledge and support of this industry🪩

We’ve teamed up with The Serotonin Space to bring the first ever RENEGADE By Night MAT class class for a fully immersive wellness rave 🪩🕺✨

An immersive Pilates experience with the energy of a night out... without the aftermath. ⚡️

Led by the amazing @hebe.moves from The Serotonin Space, you’ll move through a full-body Mat Sculpt class: grounded, controlled and designed for a deeper, targeted burn, with light resistance layered throughout.

But this isn’t your usual Mat Pilates class.

Expect House + Dance music with a LIVE DJ on our six-point Void Acoustics sound system and mesmerising reactive lighting moving with the music around you.

The lights.
The movement.
The energy.

That going-out feeling, reimagined through wellness.

20 minutes to get settled in, grab your welcome drink and soak up the atmosphere before we get moving, followed by a high-energy, feel-good experience designed to leave you worked, energised and on a serious endorphin high.

And it doesn’t end when the class does. Stick around afterwards for music, drinks, a social wind-down and gift bags to take home. 🪩✨

HOW IT FEELS:
Electric. Euphoric. Immersive. Feel-good.

EXPECT:
🪩 Disco + House
🔥 Mat Sculpt with Hebe
🔊 Incredible sound
✨ Reactive lighting
⚡️ Full-body burn
🥂 Welcome drink
🎁 Gift bags

Meet our co-founder, Hebe 💫

If you’ve ever met Hebe, you’ll know she has a very special way of lighting up every space she walks into! ⚡️

Hebe is the heart, energy and warmth behind so much of The Serotonin Space. She’s fun, loving, gentle, welcoming and completely infectious- the kind of person who makes you feel instantly comfortable and very glad you showed up.

She is a qualified Mat Pilates, Reformer, Tower, Cadillac and Barre instructor, bringing her love of movement into everything she does.

When she’s not teaching, creating or bringing people together, you’ll probably find her enjoying a European city break, spending time with the people she loves, or making memories somewhere new.

She’s truly one of a kind, and we feel so blessed to have her woven into the heart of The Serotonin Space.

We couldn’t imagine doing this without you! @hebe.moves @hebe.littlewood 🤸🏽‍♂️🌸
