if you tried all the different ways below, but these f**ing b@@@rds still don’t rise, then this is for you:

*** whisk egg 🥚 whites separately ✔️
***add baking soda 🥤 ✔️
***steam under pan lead ✔️
***making a New Year wish that the pancakes were fluffy ✔️

BUT!

the only one thing to add you need is …
WINE STONE
What?!
Some call it cream of tartar {here should have been a tasteless joke but was cut by out editör, as this channel is about a TASTE}
So
Yes you just add a pinch of this powder {yes a wine stone is powder} and that’s it! Fluffy yummy pancakes are yours!

Enjoyyyyy🥴

The recipe for the apple pie from the Kuban mom is simple!
🍏 What do you need?
🥚4-5 eggs (we had eggs from domestic hens, we see the characteristic yellow color of the dough)
🧈150 grams of butter;
🥖150-200 grams of flour;
🧀you can add 200-300 grams of cottage cheese(lor peynir), if you have it:)
🍧150-200 grams of sugar
🍏 4-5 apples (sour and hard varieties are best for the pie!)
🥢Beat sugar with eggs, add soft butter, beat again; then flour
🍧add a sugar, stir with a spoon
🧇Put in a baking dish
🍏put apple slices on top
Share with your friends , enjoy 😉
