🤍 To these powerhouse of women
I don’t even know if “thank you” is big enough for what I feel right now.
Watching each one of you babes step onto that stage, take up space, and share your art was something I’ll carry with me for a very long time. I saw the nerves. I saw the excitement. I saw the moments of doubt, the long rehearsals, the laughs, the stress, the sweat, and all the little moments in between that no one in the audience got to see.
And then I watched you SHOW UP. ✨
You trusted yourselves. You trusted each other. You trusted me. And together, you created something so beautiful.
I hope you know that what you brought to this show was so much bigger than choreography or a performance. You brought your stories, your personalities, your strength, your vulnerability, and your hearts. That is what made this show YOURS!
I am so incredibly proud of every single one of you. Not because everything was perfect, but because you were brave enough to step outside of your comfort zones and let yourselves be seen.
Thank you for trusting me with your time, your energy, your creativity, and your beautiful hearts. Thank you for believing in this vision and for helping bring it to life.
Heelphoria may be the space created, but YOU are the reason it has a heartbeat. 🤍
I hope you leave this experience knowing just how powerful you are! not only when you’re on a stage , but in every room you walk into.

Still trying to put into words how incredible this day was. 🥹❤️‍🔥

To all my queens who showed up, pushed through, got uncomfortable, tried something new, and trusted me with your movement THANK YOU🙏🏼…Watching you step outside of your comfort zones and become more confident with every combination is exactly why I love doing what I do.
An intensive is more than just learning choreography. It’s about confidence, connection, vulnerability, and reminding yourself just how powerful you are. And y’all SHOWED UP. 🔥
And a HUGE shoutout to our amazing videographer, @hnguyen10 🎥✨ Thank you for capturing these women, their energy, and all the little moments that we sometimes don’t get to see while we’re busy living them. 🥹❤️‍🔥
