JULY FUNDAMENTALS WORKSHOP IS HERE! 👠💜

This is our 3-hour Heels Fundamentals Workshop, where we’ll build your foundation from the ground up. We’ll cover heels technique, posture, walks, bevels, turns, across-the-floor combinations, confidence, musicality, and all the little details that make heels look and feel so good. We pack so much training into these workshops, and you’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and inspired.

Falling in love with myself and with dance all over again. 🥹✨

I’m so grateful for every soul I’ve met and continue to meet through these classes. My students are truly the best. The love, the energy, and the way everyone shows up ready to learn and perform every week keeps me inspired more than you know.

On December 4, 2023, I took my very first @heels.feels class. @pearlbailey22 was one of the first dancers I was paired with to film that choreo. Two and a half years later, we are paired together once more for this iconic video.
