BAD GIRL 😮‍💨

So proud of everyone for showing up for themselves last week! We had a 2.5hr intro to heels fundamentals class where we focused on Freestyles, Bevel, walks, weight, distribution, and head whips! The amount of work these ladies put in was phenomenal 💓

Come with me to @laviedance for my private with @jadeinheels 💗

I always like getting to the studio a few minutes early. Before we even start dancing, I want the space to feel right. AC on, floors cleaned, lights set… the vibe matters.

Jade surprised me with a coffee (10/10 way to start a session ☕️), then we got to work. We focused on heel walks, building a strong foundation, and finished with a little choreography to put everything together.

It’s never just about learning a routine. It’s about building confidence from the ground up. ✨

Interested in booking a private? DM me for availability.

When I created Heelscape, I knew I wanted it to be more than just a dance class. It’s never about perfection! I wanted it to be an escape. A place where you can leave the stress of the day at the door, build confidence, feel empowered, and simply enjoy the moment 🫶🏼

Thank you to everyone who continues to trust me with your journey ❤️❤️❤️❤️ taken in San Diego, California by @heelscape_

At Heelscape, we don’t strive for perfection.

We strive for fun.
We strive for confidence.
We strive for self-empowerment.
We strive for better mental health.
We strive to move our bodies.
We strive to celebrate progress over perfection.

You don’t have to be the best dancer to belong here. You don’t have to get every step right. You don’t have to look perfect.

You just have to show up.

Every class is a chance to grow, gain confidence, and become a little more comfortable in your own skin. That’s what Heelscape is all about. 🖤
