ELEVATE AT @idsdance 💜🧡••I am absolutely honoured to be teaching the first ever heels classes at the IDS weekender for dance teachers and educators. I’ll be teaching two classes. One will be focused on safe and proper heels dance technique; featuring across the floor combos and a short piece of choreography. WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE 💃✨ EXETER 📍 ••TUESDAYS — Heels Courses 👠6–7PM: Beginner Heels CourseA 4-week block designed to build confidence and strong foundations in heels. We’ll focus on technique, fluid transitions & musicality while learning one full routine that will be filmed on Week 4 🎥••7:15–8:45PM: Intermediate/Advanced Heels Course.For those ready to push their performance quality, technique & storytelling. Over 4 weeks, we’ll explore textures, dynamics & confidence with musicality & performance; with a filmed piece on Week 4 🔥••WEDNESDAY — All Levels Lyrical 🌙7:30–8:30PMA pay-as-you-go drop-in class that blends technique, conditioning & expressive choreography. Expect to move with emotion, improve control, and connect deeper to the music. Suitable for all levels ✨••THURSDAY — Back to Basics 👣7:30–8:30PMAn all-levels heels technique drop-in that focuses on the essentials; posture, walks, struts, turns & transitions. We’ll build confidence and control before piecing it together with a short combo. HWH X @selinasstudios 6.0!!••Forever one of my favourite events to put on! Not only for the pictures but for the abundance of sisterhood, support & sass the day brings. From seeing the nerves pre shoot to the new found confidence and the “I can’t believe that’s me, I look amazing” post shoot! Selina, Reece & I feel so incredibly grateful that we get to facilitate experiences like this to remind every gorgeous woman how powerful, sexy & gorgeous they are! On a mission to gain both front leg splits and my box splits comfortably by the end of the 2026 💪 After falling out of love with the gym last year it’s been a serious struggle getting my motivation back, my views and values have changed drastically I feel like for once in my life I’m actually in a good “ish” place with how I feel about my body, I didn’t want to train to be more “muscular” or “less body fat” but once I started with @heelswithharley it made me realise the areas of strength I lacked and also the importance of mobility and conditioning etc: Since starting my personal plan with @harley_burrell I’ve finally found my spark back with the gym training to be the strongest version of myself whilst also supporting my body when I dance and the difference I’ve seen in strength, control and flexibility in such a short time is crazy… Thank you my queeeeeeen @harley_burrell 🖤 by @heelswithharley

HWH x @firebug_studios 💦 ••We had an absolute BLAST yesterday at Firebug Studios. Everyone put so much time and effort into rehearsals and it absolutely paid dividends, WOW. I could not be more proud of everyone’s performance and the support and love we all showed one another!
