LEVEL
Only the first half - improver level session - is heels beginners friendly. For intermediate level dancers, the workshop is structured in a way to build up to the more challenging choreo at the end. Choreo is taught comprehensively, don’t be afraid to challenge yourself🫶

Bristol! I’m back on Sunday 30th with a Feminine Flow Heels workshop💓

My feminine flow classes always start off with mindfulness, breathwork and a yoga flow to ground ourselves before getting into heels technique and choreography, ending with a relaxation. This workshop is a perfect reset before starting a new month.

feminine flow july taster course LDN💓

i will be teaching 4 sessions of heels/embodied movement classes next month in east london. these 1.5h sessions will be a safe environment for those who want to explore their feminine side through movement and heels dance. we will not only go through heels foundations, technique, and choreo, but also incorporate mindfulness, intention and mindset which will allow you to step into your most authentic self.

having gone through challenges with body confidence and expressing my femininity, i want to create a space for women to express ourselves and build confidence through mindful yoga and empowering dance, both of which have helped me overcome these.

these classes are open level, variations and exercises will be tweaked accordingly. whether you’ve been wanting to try a different style or if you’re a seasoned heels dancer, these sessions will allow you to explore and deepen your movement.

Pop Up Class in Swindon 👠

In 2023 Barbara and Lucie cofounded HeelsXpression in Bristol and teaching ever since. Now, they are both based in London, training in versatile dance styles.

@barbara2854 - Heyy😍 I am Barbara I am from Greece and I am excited to teach for the first time in Swindon. I am coming from a background in ballet, contemporary and Latin and growing up I fell in love with heels and commercial dance. I am excited to bring my energy and passion in class, build our confidence and get sexyyyyy🔥

@lucie_with_an_ie - Hi I’m Lucie, I’m from LA and I’m excited to be back in Swindon for another pop up! I’ve trained in various styles from Afro street styles to salsa, and found heels dance when I most needed it to rebuild my confidence. My focus is movement quality, dynamics and musicality, to allow us to find intention and groundedness in class. I like adding mindfulness and yoga at the start of class to bring out our most authentic selves as we dance together🤍

For my birthday I want to share this. This was the day that caused the biggest drama in my life. One of my lowest points as an adult. Where I got harassed in my old job and lost my smile and my shine. Watching it still makes me cry and sad. The way I dance is very unique and different to what I normally see. But I am proud to see me expressing even my darkest emotions through dance. I am getting into a new era of 23 with smiles, dreams and goals. With family, friends and people around me that I couldn’t be more grateful to have them in my life. I love how interesting this song is called burn and all of this is expressed under water… Anyways. That’s it for now. We leave this past us. Lots of love. V
