🚀🤩 Ezúton is gratulálunk a 22. helyezéshez, hiszen újabb magyar nevet jegyezhetünk, akinek sikerült világkupán középdöntőbe / Top 25 / kerülnie! 🤩 #hegeshow #hegeshowtriálakadémia #bringasport taken in Németország by @hegeshow

It was an amazing training today with @edtrials! We did a cool technical session, however I made a jump that I'd never even attempted before! Thanks for motivation and filming Ed! by @hegeshow

The first footage was taken at the beginning of last year. That’s when I decided to start training more consciously and build up my high jump. I put together a training program for myself, and thanks to that, today I cleared a 150cm+ standing high jump. Of course, times change—I’m 36 now and I work—but regardless, if you have a realistic goal, consistent and proper training can help you reach new heights too! If you’re looking for a personalized online training program and mentoring tailored to your goals, feel free to reach out. Let’s go, keep pushing! #hegeshow #hegeshowtrialakadémia #keeppushing #biketrial #strength by @hegeshow

I used to be a professional competitor, and trials has always been a core part of my life. I’ve been coaching trials for years now, but last year I decided to hit a specific goal: a 11-pallets front wheel jump. I designed a training program for myself and stuck to it, because if you're going to do something, it's only worth doing if you're serious and consistent! We are at the start of the season, and today I finally achieved my goal! I'm beyond stoked, and it seems like 36 ( my age) is the new 22! 😀 If you're stuck in the maze of trials high jumps or techniques, feel free to reach out to me for a personalized training program! Never too late to reach your goals! 🙏 #hegeshow #trainingprogram #biketrial #vtt by @hegeshow
