Kind of cool to grow 👑 by @heidibfitness

Your fave sister duo👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩

Lucky I get to do this life with you 🫶🏽 by @heidibfitness

@googleuk should sponsor me because I am Google Calendars biggest advocate 👩🏼‍🏫

Seriously though if you have a goal alongside a busy life you absolutely can not wing your days ! You need organisation, structure & also accountability on your own behalf for when you will tick your boxes!

When my girls first join my team I always recommend them to make use of their calendar as it is such a life saver! Knowing when you are doing things makes life is so much less stressful, which we all need 🙂. Plus you can make it cute and any colour you want which is my biggest motivater for organising my weeks 🤣

4 very simple steps you can start doing now to see progress before 2026 ends💃

It all starts with the small changes you make. Just like progress - it doesn’t happen overnight - making changes to your lifestyle also takes time. Getting used to and integrating habits into your day to day life is a process, but one that won’t be achieved unless you make a change.

Gorgeous day yesterday up to Durham for a glute session with two of my lovely ladies who are in TEAMHB, Lara & Caitlyn 🫶🏽

Caitlyn has been on the team just over a year now so finally meeting each other was special🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 !! I really value the friendships we build in my team because we are all supporting one another & building each other through every part of our journeys. It doesn’t have to be a lonely sport & being able to build a community of girls who have the same passion feels surreal 🥹.

Both are set for stage next year and both have completed the necessary groundwork before hand - building phases, dieting & nailing their posing👏. Which just means they are in a perfect position for their preps 🥰.

As always, so proud of the work they have put in and continue to put in day and day out🤍

Trick or treat 👻

But there really aren’t any tricks over here because my only goal is to help you get to exactly where you want to be & support you through every single up or down … take it from my girls who have said all of the above 💕

A team of hard workers 🖤

Prep is going to test you in so so many ways but as hard as it might get you always have to remember that you chose this.

Reframing the negative thoughts is a massive take away I took from prep & still do now in my everyday life.

There is always a positive in every single situation you just have to look for it :) by @heidibfitness

Jan 2025 –> Oct 2026 (today)
21 months of natural progress, with a 6 month prep inbetween.
Proud of this ❤️

It’s called “bodyBUILDING” for a reason.

Spend time growing, building, eating - repeat. And one day you’ll wake up seeing a completely different person in the mirror.

And remember - never compare your journey to the next. We are all on our own journeys chasing a goal .. these photos simply show a comparison but not the in between of what got me here.

It doesn’t show the times I completely fell out of love with bodybuilding for a hot minute 🤣(the bb in me still showed up ofc😇), it doesn’t show the times I sat uncomfy at heavy body weights, it doesn’t show the times my brain tricked me into thinking I was fat when I literally had stomach veins ✌️.. essentially it doesn’t show the doubt, or the ups & downs.

But what it does show is that no matter the doubt you can keep going.
What you put in is is simply, what you get out.

So glad I stepped into my local leisure gym that day and did 10 sets 10 reps of bb hip thrusts (lmao) because if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be me now.
As always, still work to do but taking a minute to appreciate how far I’ve come🫶🏽

Incase you needed to hear this today -

Being ill, feeling shit on your cycle, other factors in life impacting your ability to be 100% on your plan for a day or two does not mean you have failed..

Yes you need to be on it majority of the time to get to where you want to be, but god forbid we get ill and can’t train. It’s life! It happens and it’s exactly why having a coach to help you make the correct calls in these moments is essential so you are still making step forwards rather than steps back.

My girls communicate with me on the regular, we are in touch often so I know what is going on all the time which allows me to catch anything asap. This means I can give reassurance or a solution moving forward because over here you’re never going through something alone !🖤

If this sounds like something you need then I’m here to help! Pop me a DM or enquire through link in my bio 🫶🏽 by @heidibfitness
