Building something special together 🖤

ALTR is more than just another posing coach business.

We are building a community of girls that want to improve their posing in a supportive, fun and inspiring environment.

Big plans coming and very grateful to be doing this as a team 🖤

Posing tip for ya! REMEMBER your number!!!!

You do not want to be that athlete on stage that is hanging their head down to check what their number is, or not moving at all when their number is called.

Listening to the judges is super important, it shows that you’re engaged with them, you’re respectful and also confidence in that you know what you’re doing!

When you need to swap places with another athlete, as soon as you’ve heard your number be called, you should drop down into T to acknowledge you’ve heard them and then automatically start looking to see who you’re swapping with.

When you swap, ensure you remain eye contact with the judges and maintain your posture as you walk to your new place on the line up and get back into your front pose.

Need help with running through stage scenarios like this one?

ALTR’s first IFBB pro card win with a client 🖤

Such a special day being there to see Lily turn pro and be there over the weekend relaxing and just staying super calm and collected prior to the show!

Couldn’t be prouder of her and the look that ultimately turned her pro.

Just the start for both of us 🖤

Just a bikini girl strutting her stuff in and out of heels 💅🏻

Your walking should OOZE confidence and the best advice I can give is honestly to fake it till you make it.

Imagine you really are on the red carpet and give it your absolute all.

A very successful day yesterday with 3 in person lessons down in Derby!

Some highlights from the bikini girls lessons✨✨

I always love an in person lesson as they’re amazing for those who are big visual learners and it gives me an opportunity to see your physique from every angle possible!

Where are we going next?🤷🏻‍♀️

Don’t leave it too late 💁🏻‍♀️

All my girls have started their posing journeys wayyy before they even step on stage, which gives us plenty of time to learn, refine, practice and prepare for any possible scenario that might pop up on show day!!👑

The last thing you want to worry about in the depths of prep is if you can actually pose…

There really is SO much that goes into your posing, presentation, individual routine and comparisons that you might not even realise!!🤨

Being fully equipped for the stage, and prepared for the different scenarios that might arise, is essential to ensuring you feel confident, calm and in control on show day✨

The 2027 season will come around so quickly 👀! Start learning now to bring your best to the stage in the future 💭

In person posing lessons!!

We offer lessons in person in either York (Megan) or Nottingham (Heidi)!

They’re a great way to have a more hands on lesson, which is perfect for if you are starting from scratch and just starting to learn!

They can be more hands on as we adjust you into poses, whilst also talking you through the feeling of each pose so you able to replicate it when you don’t have us around to adjust you!

Or it can be personal preference on how you learn best!

Not to mention they are always a fun time and we can have a giggle throughout 💅🏻

So if you’re interested in grabbing an in person session, hit the link in our bio to enquire!
