Hey everyone! 👋 If you're new here, nice to meet you! I'm Heidi, a Certified Personal Trainer, and I'm officially jumping back into this space to connect with you and share my passion for fitness! 💪

I've been certified for a while, but my fitness journey truly kicked off with something deeply personal: being a Type 1 Diabetic. That diagnosis wasn't a limitation; it was the ultimate fuel. It forced me to master my body, understand nutrition, and embrace movement—and that same dedicated, resilient energy is what I bring to coaching every single one of my clients!

When I'm not in the gym, you can find me:
✨️Dancing at a music festival I love the energy and music!

🧋At a coffee shop reading a good book. Nothing beats good coffee and a book! 📖

🧡Hanging out with my two favorites: my wonderful husband and my amazing daughter, who happens to be my built-in best friend!

I'm ready to help you find your own balance and turn your goals into reality! If you're looking for a coach who understands the power of resilience and consistent effort, let's talk. What are you training for right now? 👇 by @heidihadams22

Ready to unlock a simple yet powerful exercise? Hanging! 🐒

This often-overlooked movement can do wonders for your body, from decompressing your spine to building grip strength.

Here's why you should add hanging to your routine-

💀Spinal Decompression: Gravity can compress our spines throughout the day. Hanging gently stretches and decompress the vertebrae, which can help alleviate back pain and improve posture.

💀Upper Body Stretch: Get a deep, full stretch through your lats, shoulders, and chest. It's like a reset for your upper body!

💀Improved Grip Strength: This is a big one! The simple act of holding your body weight will significantly boost your grip, which translates to better performance in many other exercises and daily activities.

💀Enhanced Shoulder Health & Mobility: Hanging can help mobilize the shoulder joint, increasing range of motion and potentially preventing injuries.

💀Better Posture: By strengthening your back muscles and decompressing your spine, hanging contributes to a more upright and confident posture.

Give it a try and feel the difference! Your spine and shoulders will thank you.
