Spent my birthday finishing up my Stunt Driving course. This was so much fun! Producers I need my SAG card now 😆 This has been such a crazy year of high highs, low lows and hard lessons so bringing in my 40’s with a new skill feels really good. I hope this year brings me all things aligned with me. Also shout out to my people!! When I was low they came in for me so hard and reminded me 1) that I do need ppl and 2) that I am so so loved. 🥰 ❤️ 🚗 💨 Also shout out to @stuntselitedrivingschool these guys are amazing! Incredible instructors full of knowledge and skills. If you ever decide to do a course with them you will be in good hands. by @heidipakdel

At some point in your healing journey, you realize that everyone carries inner child wounds that, in one way or another, have shaped how they move through the world, whether they’re aware of it or not. Knowing this, then forgetting it, only to be reminded again, has me thinking about how important it is that I don’t pass those wounds on to my children.My greatest responsibility is not perfection, but awareness, healing, and doing the work so that my children inherit something better. ❤️❤️‍🔥🖤 by @heidipakdel
