The scale lied to me for years.

2019 ➡️ Now.

When the first picture was taken Mia & Ian were 5 and 3 and I was obsessed with losing weight.

Cardio every day.
Watching the scale drop.

But my body?

Skinny.
Soft.
No muscle.
No 🍑.

And I thought I was doing great…
because the number on the scale looked good.

Now?

I’m learning to stop caring about the scale and start building the body I actually want to see in the mirror.

Curves.
Definition.
Strength.
🍑🍑🍑

6 weeks into a new journey.

You’re probably wondering how I ended up dressed as a nun in a 1800 Cantaso commercial asking a priest if it’s a sin to have a car accident?!?

Well… I’m Heidi, the General Manager at 1800 Cantaso 🙋🏻‍♀️ for the few years

I run the day-to-day operations, making sure every client gets the best service after an accident. On top of being a mother, sports mom, and wife, I know Cantaso inside and out — which makes me the best person to trust if you’re ever in an accident.

So yeah… if you get into an accident, it’s not a sin…

And just like that… the 5th grade elementary senior festivities have begun 🥹✨
My heart is so full and so emotional watching my oldest baby get ready for her 5th grade dance. The one who made me a mom. The one I’ve experienced all my “firsts” with.
It’s bittersweet — I’m so proud and excited, but a part of me just wants to freeze time.
They ended the night with a nighttime swim and so many giggles 💕

Hey guys!!! As many of you know Mia has joined her studios DANCE COMPETITION TEAM, and dancing is one of her new favorite hobbies!
