First run in about 4 weeks. I’ve been livin on low energy for months and started hating the thought of getting up early to run— that’s when I knew I had to make some adjustments. Hoping to get back to weekend runs again ✨

9.5 miles / At that point in half marathon training where I’m tired and just don’t wanna— that or PMS is just fuckin with me real hard. Also, Runna, I’m gonna run whatever pace I want because I’m bloated, cramping and I’ve been crying the last week over nothing— so ease up on the “pace too high” “pace too low” nonsense 🤣
