This custom porch boasts 3 design features that really make it 🎉 even during the chilly winters!

1. Powered roll down panels that keep the cold air out! Five separate panels can be operated individually, a few at a time, or all together. All with the click of a remote!

2. Heaters that keep it extra cozy and turn on with a simple switch. No need for propane tanks, or manual labor, these babies have multiple push button heat settings to keep you a little or a lot toasty!

3. Like the more traditional route? This double sided fireplace is gas inside and wood burning outside. The perfect way to end a perfect cool evening! And that crackle and smell of a real fire?! 💯

Girlhood 💕
This home layout has the dreamiest upstairs kids space. You’ve already seen some of it, the common study nook and the lounge area. There’s also a girls and boys separate space with a bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet!

A fabulous feature in this home is the placement of the butlers pantry and coffee/wine bar right between the kitchen and dining rooms, offering an easy extra space when entertaining

(Special thanks to AI for styling these spaces!)

This new home has some pretty cool spaces. One of our favs is the kids living space and play/study area! These community spaces join the kid’s individual rooms and bathrooms and we are loving it!

Special thanks to some AI furniture placement to help the home owners make final selections!
