Perspective. Gratitude. And a whole lot of THANK YOU. 🙏

In an industry filled with uncertainty, rising rates, economic challenges, and constant change, it’s easy to focus on the obstacles.

But today, I’m choosing to focus on the blessings.

October is shaping up to potentially be the best month of my mortgage career, with the opportunity to personally help 30–40 families achieve their homeownership goals.

And the truth is, none of it happens alone.

To my clients who trust me with one of life’s biggest financial decisions, my referral partners who put their reputations behind my name, my beautiful family that strengthens me, Silverton Mortgage, and my incredible team who support me every day, and my family and friends who keep me grounded and motivated—THANK YOU.

When times get tough, it’s the people around you who make all the difference. And somehow, in a season when so many are facing challenges, I’ve been fortunate enough to not just push through barriers, but blow past them.

I don’t share this to celebrate numbers or accomplishments. I share it because I recognize just how fortunate I am to be surrounded by people who believe in me.

Markets change. Records fade. But relationships, trust, and the impact we make on others are what truly matter.

I’m grateful. I’m humbled. And I’m more motivated than ever.

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU 💙🥂🍾🏡

Hot Springs Weekend with @porscheclubkc was just as I/we have grown to know it… EPIC with a side of pizza 🍕(IYKYK). Something so powerful is created when you mix great friends & comrades, stunning but technical roads, and the finest performance vehicles that pull at your emotions so intentionally. The PEOPLE behind the wheel are what make these trips so special though. New connections, new opportunities, and memories that can never be forgotten.

The Heiserman Hurricane Breckenridge trip is coming to a close! We took on everything Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain, Silverthorne, Georgetown, & beyond had to offer with Gigi & Chief! The Heiserman Four checked off A LOT of firsts and they can’t wait until their next visit. Sammie may have been the youngest hiker on our trek to Rainbow Lake. We floated, we hiked, we raced, we rode, we climbed, we played, we swam, and we made memories that will last a lifetime. We’re bringing the cool weather home with us! Until next time Breckenridge! 🫶🏻🛘🌲🌬️❄️
