My final bow.

After 6 years, I have taken my final bow as an ensemble member at the Aalto Musiktheater Essen, seen here as Sonora in 'La Fanciulla del West'. Life as an opera singer can be einsam and transient, never quite settled long enough to grow roots. Stability as an artist is hard to come by. Having a position like this gave me not only the opportunity to sing important roles with an amazing orchestra on a top-notch German stage, but an indescribable connection to the space and audience, night after night. Living in the Ruhrgebiet forced me to grow in ways I never could imagine, learning two new languages and studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing, and Wing Chun along the way. I am grateful for the opportunity to realize my dreams and do it alongside people who feel more like family than colleagues. taken in Aalto Musiktheater Essen by @heldentob

I’ve been sitting on this one for a while: Few moments in my career have been as unexpected & rewarding as filming for the highly anticipated Season 2 of @lacagenetflix on @netflix.

Not only is La Cage an outstanding MMA drama with incredibly realistic action inside the cage, it was ranked as the top non-English show on Netflix and has built a passionate global fanbase.

Huge thanks to @ares_fighting for trusting me as their announcer, and to @franckgastambide and @davidkrespine for creating one of the most supportive and productive working environments I’ve experienced to date. It was also a huge honor to work alongside @ufc legends @georgesstpierre and @michaelvenompage!!

@lflmma 24 felt like a culmination, a vision realized. It was one of the most exciting, atmosphere-rich events I've ever had the pleasure of announcing. It was a true privilege to introduce Dutch legends @roymeyerofficial and @levirigters, and to witness yet another @tyjanibeztati masterclass! 🥊 taken in Maaspoort Den Bosch by @heldentob

Typecast as an American cowboy in Germany. Fine by me. 🤠

Premiere tonight: La Fanciulla del West at @theaterbonn, my house debut as Sonora, a role I've been living with nonstop since January. Yeehaw 🎶

Before LFL 24 kicked off, @levels_sg 1 was launched, a hybrid of MMA and kickboxing built for a faster pace, more risk-taking, and relentless action.

A true pleasure as always to work alongside my colleagues @robinblackmartialarts and @stefan_struve 🙌
