My first baby with my third baby. One about to turn 6, the other just 4 weeks old.

I used to worry so much about age gaps. I wanted my babies close together, but when you’re dreaming of your family, you don’t know what the journey to having them will look like. Ours came with a lot of heartbreak, and as time went on, the age gaps kept getting bigger.

Now that we’re here, watching my first baby love on my third, I wish I could tell the version of me who worried so much just how beautiful this would be.

It feels like this was always the plan for us. For them. For this moment. And the age gap I spent so long worrying about is now something I absolutely adore 🤍
