This could not be more true. In life be mindful of who you walk over, who you hurt over and over. There comes a time when I am silent. For a reason! by @helendhunter

Happy 80th Birthday Mom!

I'm not sure who feels older me who has a mom in her eighties or mom who is now in her eighties! by @helendhunter

August has been a very crazy, hectic, chaotic month! Ended in the best way ever with Greg sharing in a very special Bachelor's party!

On the 3rd, I got a new knee! For anyone who has seen me in the last 6 months you'll know I have had nothing but hot burning pain 24 hrs a day in my left knee. It got progressively worse until I could literally not walk further than a few meters.

It's been the best thing ever! No more burning pain. The aches & pains are now short and relative to the exercise and body tiredness from recovery!

25 years with Dr Sanchez, I can be very thankful for his wisdom and knowledge of all the surgery I've had over the years 🙏🏻
I had two guardian angels with me in theatre - Robin & Llynne were guiding and guarding every minute of the process through Dr Robin Matthews the anesthetist 😇😇 how special that his name has so much meaning in my life.

I'll be dancing at a wedding in 3 months time ❤️ by @helendhunter

Happy Birthday Gladdy! by @helendhunter

Praying for your child is one of the greatest privileges and responsibilities you’ll ever have as a mother. And just because your child has grown up and out on their own, you still need to be speaking their name consistently to God in prayer. Praying for an adult child can make a huge difference in their lives.

What a privilege it has been to be your mom for 28 years. You've make me proud to be called mommy. by @helendhunter

Thank you @thewanderingmanager for this awesome win!

So many memories from growing up, seeing my first snow, hiking the trails, waterfalls, staying at hobbiton, saying farewell to my little sister on Gaika's Kop and then getting married in St Patrick's on the hill. Hogsback has many memories. by @helendhunter
