What is a good dance? For me it’s when my dance partner opens up and dare to show his heart and passion ❤️🔥 I choose imperfection over boringly «correct», and love to watch dancers go «crazy» on the floor. Thank you Petter for showing me real passion and for a dance to remember. You a truly an amazing dancer❤️🔥🙌🏻 And thank you Ingeborg for recording 🙏🤗mambodancing #salsa #salsadancing #nordicsalsa taken in Oslo, Norway by @helene_tefre

Thank you @danielsgains for always being so fun and creative, always a pleasure to dance with you 😍 Some people think they are too old to start dancing and to go to dance festivals. I hope I bring some inspiration to kill that doubt 😅#mambodancing #amsterdamsalsafestival #nottoooldtodance taken in Amsterdam Netherland by @helene_tefre

Who thinks afternoon socials are the best? I love the relaxed atmosphere of the day parties, and so lucky to have a dance with the smooth @mido_morkos 💫 ❤️ I never have a dance without errors, and the better dance vibe I get from my dance partner, the more I relax and “play” with the music. Not always ending well, 😆but for me it’s about connecting, having fun and feel safe to go out of the comfort zone 😅 #mambodancing #amsterdamsalsafestival taken in Amsterdam Netherland by @helene_tefre
