Thank you Rhona MacCormick as I read your post I thought yes I will apply your

Notice → Recognise → Reconnect → Choose → Trust. Process.

I have made a big decision in my life and this has put me into overwhelm.

I noticed that it has been 10 years of uphill struggle since my company went into liquidation.

I have recognised the losses in my life. My mother, my husband, my broken marriage, my broken career, status, money, past close friends and safety. Even my broken relationship to myself.
But also the recognition that the past does not define who I am.
I also recognise those who are there to help me, support me, encourage me, those who have remained loyal despite the changes in my life.

So I have reached out to reconnect to those who are dear ro me. As well as reconnect to my self. I have spent time alone with my thoughts, my tears, my doubts and fears to face all head on.

I have chosen a new path. A new beginning. Because as Einstein said keep doing the same and expecting a different outcome is the definition of “la folie” (It sounds better in French! ) and I embrace my trilingual culture. I have chosen to be me.
Helen.
Headstrong.
Generous.
Resilient.
Passionate.
Full of love.
Radiating strength and happiness.

I embrace this unknown new journey and yes I TRUST that the Universe is there helping me rebuild a new world.

Thank you for those that are holding my hand.
Thank you for friendships.
