Happy birthday to my biggest supporter, built-in best friend, and the one who gave me my looks 😉 I love you more than words and I’m so lucky to call you my mom 🫶 @emgeiger4 by @helengeiger_

This isn’t the senior season I imagined, but it’s part of my story. From a hip flexor strain to a late start, and now ending early with shoulder surgery as I prepare to move to college at the end of May… it didn’t go as planned, but I’m still proud of how far I’ve come.

Club gymnastics, you were the best years of my life. Even more special because I got to do it all with my mom by my side. What we had was rare. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her—my biggest supporter, my biggest push, and the person who always made sure I could be my best. Every PT appointment, every sacrifice… I wouldn’t change a single moment.

This season also came with a lot of negativity and things said about my mom and me that simply aren’t true. She has always supported athletes, never torn them down, and has always put our health first. It’s been hard seeing her name misrepresented, especially during what should’ve been our final memories together in this sport. But we know the truth, and that’s what matters.

As one chapter closes, another begins. I’m beyond excited for what’s next.

I can’t wait for the next four!!

See you soon, Tiger Town 🐅 @worldclassgymnasticsjax @emgeiger4 @clemsongymnastics by @helengeiger_
