I’m here to tell all the younger women…..aging is beautiful.

I literally talk to women every single day who feel more beautiful, more confident, and more happy in their own skin than ever before.

It doesn’t take injectibles and expensive treatments. It’s the little habits and the self respect.

I’m grateful I get to be apart of the journey of millions of women!!!

If you’re ready to join us comment GET STARTED and I’ll send you a message!

I love dermarolling… but not just any dermarolling.
Technique matters, quality matters, and your skin deserves the real thing.

Here’s what you need to know:
1. @ginamberbeauty Derma Roller is the only patented REAL needle roller.
2. You do not roll back and forth…one direction only.
3. If you’re not using proper technique, you can irritate or damage your skin.

I started with the 0.25mm and now I’m on the 0.5mm. They’re on Black Friday sale, and you can use my code BFHELEN. This is the time of year I stock up…biggest sale of the year and I’m set for months.

Pro tip: most dermarollers can be used around 10 times before replacing… and her swap-out roller heads make that super easy. I also love the baby roller for crow’s feet + lips.

And if you have deep or stubborn expression lines that you’re working on with Frownies…dermarolling + Frownies together is a beautiful combo. They support each other so well.

I think it can be easy to get confused about what it really means to celebrate aging. 🤍

I’m almost 44, and I LOVE taking care of myself. I want to be strong, healthy, fit, and yes, I also want to look good, feel beautiful, and have glowing skin!

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with wanting to do things that help you look and feel your best as you get older, especially when so many of those things are non-invasive and beneficial to your overall health.

To me, celebrating aging has never meant that you stop caring about how you look or feel.

It’s about recognizing that getting older is a privilege. You can love and celebrate aging, accept yourself as you are, and still want to take great care of the body you’ve been given.

I think it really comes down to the WHY behind what we do.

For me, I take care of myself because I love it and because I love myself. Not because I think there’s something wrong with me or something wrong with getting older.

And the things I love? I want to take better care of them as I get older, not less.

I’d love to hear your thoughts! Do you think we’ve started confusing age positivity with the idea that women should stop caring about their appearance as they get older?

If you’re in your 20s, please don’t let anyone convince you that aging is something you need to get ahead of with injectables.

Wear your sunscreen. Wear your Frownies. Take care of your skin, build healthy habits, and enjoy your face.

Aging is amazing. I love myself and my face more at 44 than 24. Life is beautiful. Enjoy it.

I’d love for you to weigh in on this one! 🩷

As I’ve gotten older and started navigating perimenopause, I’ve become more intentional about how I care for my skin and my overall health.

But I’m curious about YOUR experience!

What changes have you noticed in your skin as you’ve gotten older? And what are the things you’ve found make the biggest difference?

Whether it’s a skincare product you swear by, a lifestyle habit, or something you wish you’d started doing sooner, I want to hear about it!

Let’s share what’s working for us and learn from each other in the comments. I love when this little community of women gets to help each other out. 🥰
