A lil something out of my treasure trove of Sassi Curated Vintage.

Zandra Rhodes High Waisted Flares looking for a new ownerwith a navy blue and pink salmon print.

Bright pink satin 5cm waist band with loops.

The pant leg flares out to a 84cm width, finished with a bright pink satin trim.
Side zip

Pants made of medium weight crepe. Very long, so will require hemming or platform shoes.

Size 8 English or 6 American.

When your friend cleans up their shed and has a massive fabric stash up for grabs…. Well you just do the right thing and go take some to help them out!

This haul didn’t even make a dent.. and like I have room for any of this!!!

But it sparkled and shimmered and I decided I needed every roll of cotton fabric to have my own Spot of Lights (spotlight) cotton fabric department.

Xmas in July…. Sattler Style…

Then, The Sassi Seamstress is the place for you.

The Sassi Seamstress is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, skilled, reliable seamstress/sewer to join our fun, fast-paced studio in Caloundra.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working with beautiful garments.

About the Role:

You’ll be working on:
✨ Bridal gown alterations, formal wear alterations, Tailoring of suits, general clothing alterations

✨ General clothing alterations, hemming, resizing, restyling & garment repairs

✨ Working with delicate fabrics including lace, beading, silk & structured garments

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
✔ Has solid sewing and alterations experience OR someone who is naturally gifted at sewing

✔ Can work independently with minimal supervision

✔ Has high attention to detail and quality finishing

✔ Is confident with industrial sewing machines & overlockers

✔ Has bridal/formalwear experience (preferred but not essential)

✔ Is reliable, positive, and works well in a small team

✔ Loves fashion and beautiful craftsmanship

Part-time / Casual to start Approx 1–2 days per week initially, with opportunity for more as we grow.
