POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Our founders, Chris and Helen, spent the day at @hollandandbarrett HQ yesterday as part of the @breakout.uk Incubator.

What a day. An incredible British retailer investing in its business, its teams and the brands shaping the future of wellness.

We’re often asked why INDI isn’t already stocked in H&B. Well… now might just be our moment 🤞

I’m one of 8 founders pitching live at Two Chicks Den this Thursday 2 July Future Female Entrepreneurs’ annual Dragons’ Den-style final, hosted at @farrer_co in London.

8 businesses. One stage. Cash prizes on the line.

Three minutes to make the case for what we’re building - and the audience has a say in who wins peoples’ choice!
If you believe in backing female founders, come be in the room.

📍 Farrer & Co, London
🗓️ Thursday 2 July, doors 6pm
Come watch me pitch live — register now (link in comments). Spaces are limited.

Taking INDI home 🇮🇪

Chris and I took some time out last month to visit Dublin – the city where he was born and where his parents are based.

We’ve been wanting to bring INDI to Ireland for a while. @sproutandco is our first (and so far only!) Irish stockist and, for anyone who knows it, it’s a pretty cool place to start… they make the best salads I’ve ever had!

Dublin is such an incredible, buzzing city, and we were spoilt for choice when deciding where to head first. On our first road/cycle trip, we dropped samples with the teams at @nourishireland @lottsandco @downtoearthdublin @industryandcocafe.

Where would you like to see INDI in Ireland? 👀 by @helensnook_

Our powder supplements are made from real food ingredients powdered down. Because plants naturally vary depending on factors like season, climate and harvest conditions, the flavour of our powders can vary too.

We work to keep every batch as consistent (and delicious!) as possible, but some variation is to be expected. It’s a sign that you’re enjoying real ingredients, not a formula engineered to taste identical every time 🫐🌱🥝 by @helensnook_
