Downtown Birmingham paused for a second when Adam Helfman stepped onto the Red Carpet Detroit scene outside the Birmingham 8. Full Gucci. Full presence. Full “main character walking into a board meeting and a movie premiere at the same time” energy. 🎬✨ Most people know Adam as the voice behind Hire It Done, the longtime media personality, entrepreneur, podcast host, and trusted name in home improvement across Detroit. But out here? He carried himself like a man who’s built more than businesses. He’s built a brand people recognize before he even says a word. The glasses. The confidence. The stride. Birmingham became his runway for a minute. And honestly… Gucci looked pretty comfortable on him. 🕶️🔥 #RedCarpetDetroit #AdamHelfman #BirminghamMI #DetroitEnergy #GucciStyle HireItDone DowntownBirmingham DetroitEntrepreneurs VanessaJoy DetroitCreators by @helfystyle

That old outdoor lighting timer is starting to look pretty dated. Jered Baumert of Fresh Cut Lawn and Landscape explains how homeowners can manage modern landscape lighting right from an app. More control without constantly adjusting fixtures by hand. Save this for your next outdoor upgrade. #HireItDone #LandscapeLighting #OutdoorLighting #MetroDetroit by @helfystyle

High energy bills do not automatically mean your windows are the only problem. A good evaluation should look at how the house works as a system. Windows, ducts, insulation, air leakage, and the building shell can all affect comfort and energy use. Save this before you spend money on a single fix. #HireItDone #WeatherGard #EnergyEfficiency #HomeEnergy #ContractorTips by @helfystyle
Hire It Done is LIVE! Happy Halloween! by @helfystyle
Getting three bids does not automatically mean you made a smart hiring decision. The better goal is finding the contractor you trust after doing the research. Ask how they work, what is included, how problems are handled, and whether the price fits your budget. Save this before your next home project. #HireItDone #ContractorTips #Homeowners #HomeImprovement #WeatherGard by @helfystyle
Vinyl or fiberglass is not a question I would answer from a brochure alone. Michigan homes deal with temperature swings and building movement. Brent Ramsey of WeatherGard explains why those conditions matter when you compare frame materials, corners, fastening, and water management. Swipe through for the homeowner version of the comparison. #HireItDone #WeatherGard #VinylWindows #FiberglassWindows #MichiganHomes by @helfystyle
Vinyl vs fiberglass is not just a material debate. Climate, building movement, fastening, sealing, and installation all matter. Brent Ramsey of WeatherGard explains why he looks at Michigan conditions before deciding what makes sense for the house. Send this to someone shopping for replacement windows. #HireItDone #WeatherGard #FiberglassWindows #VinylWindows #MichiganHomes by @helfystyle
The Gooch….. The Gooch by @helfystyle
Most remodel problems do not get better in silence. If the schedule feels off, a selection is unclear, or something on site is bothering you, the answer is not to wait until the final walkthrough and unload everything at once. I said it in this episode because I believe it: communication is the center of home improvement. Bring the issue up early. Give the contractor a chance to explain it, fix it, or reset the plan. https://youtu.be/sjMJS59EJCU #HireItDone #RemodelingTips #ContractorCommunication by @helfystyle
Kitchen faucets have gotten a lot smarter than just touchless on and off. Nathan and I talked about a Kohler setup that can connect to a voice assistant and dispense a measured amount of water. That can be useful when you are cooking, baking, or just trying to keep your hands off the faucet. Smart-home tech is worth a look when it solves a real daily problem. Send this to the person who always measures water while cooking. #HireItDone #KitchenRemodel #SmartHome #HomeImprovement by @helfystyle
