short version is here: you cannot be taught — you can only learn
About my teaching experience, about my psychotherapy conclusions and about safe space
Extract from the video:
- space and support* are one of the most important things you can give and take within relationships (*by support I mean absence of judgment)
- psychotherapist usually says sth worth learning and rest of the time just waits until you grow into that knowledge
- skilled teacher usually does the same with their students
- our closest ppl can help us grow and not waste time of our lives by being with you while you’re learning another hard life lesson taken in Wroclaw, Poland by @helivergula
