Oscar Wilde said “If you spend time with animals, you risk becoming a better person.”

They speak to us, yet no words are needed.
They make no promises, yet somehow they are always there.

In a world that moves ever faster, animals have a way of slowing things down — reminding us to stop, to notice, and simply to be.

Perhaps that thought is even more true today than when it was first written. Maybe becoming a better person begins with learning, once again, how to simply be present and listen. #purarazaespañola #animals #ai by @hellandinge

Having a bunch of cats around is good. If you’re feeling bad, just look at the cats, you’ll feel better, because they know that everything is, just as it is.

It is such a joy to feel his energy in harmony. #purarazaespañola #prehorse by @hellandinge

He enters the pasture, then pauses, turning his neck, lowering his head, offering one quiet glance as if to ask whether I have anything left to say. I know our friendship is real, yet the fresh grass, the open field, the scent of rain-soaked earth, and the silent voices of his six companions call him home. They ask nothing of him but to be what he was always meant to be. I watch him walk away, reminded that love is not holding on, but finding joy in seeing another being completely free. #purarazaespañola #horses_of_instagram by @hellandinge
