New episode of The Owaken Podcast out now on Spiritual Surrender and how to trust the divine to guide your life✨💖

Ignoring your intuition can be catastrophic. The more you practice listening, feeling and trusting your inner guidance, the more you realise how supported you are by an unseen higher intelligence that goes beyond logic.

Your attitude is either helping you or holding you back.

You can be looking for what’s wrong or looking for what’s right.

You can be looking for what’s in the way or looking for the way.

Every moment of the day, your brain is seeking evidence to confirm what you believe.

If the glass is half full and you believe life is working out, you are going to live your life through that lens and make choices that match your attitude.

Healing is the opposite of selfish. It is generous, brave and essential to our collective healing.

It takes courage to be the light when you’re surrounded by darkness.

It takes courage to rise when others are sinking.

But when you free yourself, you give others permission to do the same.

Sometimes the wisest thing to do is to let go and let God 😇

Not every battle is yours to fight. You cannot make people change when they aren’t ready and don’t want to.

In the latest episode of the @owakenbreathwork podcast, we discuss why you can’t change other people and how codependent dynamics can interfere with people’s growth and healing.

Sometimes our attempts to do the right thing are actually hindering the very thing that would help most.

It’s a big topic and I hope this conversation supports you✨ by @hellaomega

The people you surround yourself with are either contributing to your rise or your downfall.
