#deepBreath I've enjoyed a much needed mini social media staycation while I finished writing my books and produced Juneteenth in Longmont and Lafayette but now it's time to get back to business so please allow me to reintroduce myself... My name is euda k. best and I am a software engineer turned k-8 math, science and hip-hop philosophy teacher turned Spiritual Life / Writing Coach, Reiki Master, Conversation Keeper at Hella Random Radio "Where Positive Energy LIVES" and now author of "The Growth Process is a Grief Process: A Collection of Social Media Posts, Emails and Commentary" and "To Know Yourself is to Know god: A Self-Guided Healing Journal and Coloring Book"❣️ One of my meditation coMadres @domari.wearen is currently hosting a 22 day "Green Flag" challenge where you make a daily note of something you've done that you're proud of, so I'm going to start by saying that I'm proud of myself for just generally being a dope *ss human who was courageous enough to extract herself from the corporate machine 18 years ago and embark upon the rugged, scary and pathless journey to remembering who TF I am👑 My socials probably make me seem like an extrovert but I am actually an extroverted introvert (which means I can periodically turn the extrovert on with enough selfcare) and my healing journey has made me increasingly sensitive so I am not actually the biggest fan of humans. "The Growth Process is a Grief Process: A Collection of Social Media Posts, Emails and Commentary" is my attempt to help educate and inspire others to believe in their ability to stop settling for the status quo and believe in their ability to get out of their comfort zone and co-create Heaven on Earth🌍 I know it may seem like a bit of a misnomer to call the lives that many people are living in a "comfort zone" when they are very uncomfortable but it is, indeed, a comfort zone. Ego believes that everything we've been through, no matter how terrible it is, is safe and everything we haven't experienced (true love, abundance, health, peace, whatever it may be) is unsafe. Everything that we want but don't have, we don't have at least partially because an aspect of our ego is "protecting" (resisting / blocking) us from having it. Whether it feels good or not, what you have in your life is comfortable to your ego and you're going to have to practice facing your fears and getting uncomfortable to have what we all deserve and were born to have, true love and abundance. It's time to get out of the comfort zone ladies and gents, you don't have to watch the news to see that things are getting worse and worse. This is by design. We are being forced to get out of our comfort zones and do something different until we show up in the world as the fractals of God (healed people) we were born to be. Choosing discomfort is hard. God forcing you out of your comfort zone is harder. Please choose wisely and hit the link in my bio if you want a book or some support on your journey or even just to chat. The first edition of "To Know Yourself is to Know god: A Self Guided Healing Journal and Coloring Book" is SOLD OUT and I'm working on the second edition now❣️ #iLiveThanks for all the love and support I'm getting for my books🤗🙏🏾🤗 PRE-ORDERS FOR THE SECOND EDITION ARE NOW OPEN❕Please hit me up if you want one🤓 I have wanted to do something like this for a few years now but it wasn't until my business coach @celestheorchestrator of #decisionPointConsulting told me that I need some kind of introductory offer for potential clients that I sat down and made it happen. Thank you Celes🕊️💚🕊️ It takes 3 months to begin to establish a new habit, 1 year for the new habit to begin to replace an old habit and 2 years for the new habit to become the new unconscious pattern. Because of this, I am currently making these coloring books cover a little over a three month period. Early on I ask "What is the 'Big Scary Goal' you'd like to complete by the end of the book". Then I offer daily prompts / affirmations and New, Dark and Full Moon prompts for self-interrogation to help you release and "let go" of aspects of your past that are likely blocking your ability to receive / create your desires. If you are disciplined about doing at least one page per week and one moon exercise per month by the end of the book you will be well on your way to becoming the person who is capable of achieving your "Big Scary Goal". As for the coloring, for most folks it helps to relieve anxiety and it is an absolutely amazing way to connect to / honor the inner child who I have come to recognize as the "architect" of our Heaven on Earth. The inner child knows The Way! The last thing I want to say is that other than a few middle schoolers, everyone I've successfully convinced to color in the last six years or so was glad I did!
