Thanksgiving gable boxes: will a handle box hold the whole pickup order? Myth: a full handle box opens at the bottom. Fact: an auto bottom gable box has a pre-glued base that locks as you open it, so it holds more than a tucked bottom. Heavier meals or jars? Ask for E-flute corrugated. No minimum order, plus free digital design and dieline with every order. Design concept shown. Thanksgiving dessert boxes: don't let the slice slide. Every feed looks the same. So how do you get someone to stop scrolling? 👀 You break the pattern. A drink spilling out of its own post, a box nobody expects. Packaging works the same way: a plain box blends in with every other delivery, a printed one gets noticed. Free mockup with your logo, and a free custom sample printed with your own design before we print the full batch. Design concepts shown. Shipping boxes: what does 32 ECT mean? ECT is the edge crush test, how much force the board takes on its edge before it crushes, so it tells you how well boxes survive stacking. 32 ECT is a common single-wall rating for everyday shipping; heavier loads move up to 44 ECT or double-wall board. Higher is not always better: match it to your product's weight. Design concept shown. Candle shipping boxes: loose candle jars break in the mail. A cut-out insert holds each jar still, so bumps hit the box walls, not the glass. E-flute mailers suit one or two candles; heavy jars and bigger orders may need B-flute. Design concept shown.
