Dear Client,

We truly appreciate and love each one of you. We always want to ensure our set ups are quick (as much as each location will allow us), thorough, efficient, and as always, safety for everyone.

When we asked about specific things such as, “are there any steps?”, “how many steps if any?”. The questions is to help us plan accordingly to our schedule, staff accordingly to ensure efficiency and most importantly safety for everyone. We understand you’re open to lending us helping hands. But, for liability purposes, we cannot ask for your help or have anyone who’s not on our team helping us. We do need your help in order to prevent a cancellation to your rental with no refund. Or worse, an injury to one of our team members. Please provide us all details for the set up area and if there is anything we need to know.

This set up took almost 3 hours for one person and since the team was split up (an hour apart from each other), with other events to set up. There was no way we can get assistance in time and get to our other events. Instead of cancelling, our team member did the best he could to not disappoint the birthday girl as she was running around excited.

We thank you for helping to keep us and other vendors safe. It is not the beautiful end results you always see posted on here today. But we want to ask for your help when you see your next vendor and think about their safety, as they are doing their best to provide services.

We appreciate each and every one of our clients and future clients! Thank you for your support in our business. We love you and are truly grateful!
