Happy Pride. 🌈 This year feels different, and yeah I’ve said that before, but it’s the truth. As a late-in-life lesbian, this Pride isn’t just about celebrating who I am. It’s about celebrating finally having the courage to say it out loud. Coming out has been one of the hardest, most beautiful, most terrifying, and most freeing things I’ve ever done. I’ve never found myself in such a weird place in life. In so many ways I feel broken, yet somehow I’ve never felt more whole. There has been grief, healing, fear, excitement, uncertainty, and so much growth all happening at the same time. But for the first time in my life, things make sense. Not because everything is easy. Trust me, it’s not. But because I’m finally living honestly. I’m finally allowing myself to exist as the person I’ve always been. So this Pride, I’m celebrating. I’m celebrating coming out. I’m celebrating choosing authenticity, even when it’s hard. I’m celebrating the woman I’m becoming. And I’m celebrating the freedom that comes with finally living a life that feels right. I also want to give a huge shoutout to my girlfriend @dezy_lil_bit , because she deserves every bit of credit for these photos. She was the one behind the camera helping me bring this celebration to life. Thank you for showing up for me, supporting me, cheering me on, and being willing to spend your time helping me document such an important chapter of my life. Thank you for your softness, kindness, patience, and for creating space for me to figure out who I am without judgment. It takes a special kind of person to support someone while they’re rebuilding, rediscovering themselves, and learning to trust who they are. I appreciate you more than words can say. This chapter is beautiful. It’s messy. It’s painful. It’s exciting. It’s weird as hell sometimes. And honestly, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Here’s to coming out. Here’s to Pride. Here’s to choosing yourself. And here’s to finally feeling at home in my own skin. 🌈✨❤️ #pride #happypride #wlw #saltlakecity #utahphotographer by @hello_miss_elle
🖤⚡️Hey, I’m Elle⚡️your friendly neighborhood middle-aged emo mom with a camera, a pair of red Chucks, checkered pants, and the urge to photograph anything that moves (and anything that doesn’t). I created Hello Miss Elle Photography because life is messy and beautiful and chaotic and emotional… and I freaking LOVE that. I want to capture the snuggles, the genuine laughs, the soft forehead kisses, the wild hair, the clingy toddlers, the couples who can’t stop touching each other, and the moments you’ll miss if you blink too fast. These photos? Yeah, they’re basically my soul in JPEG form by my phenomenal friend @curvecollectionboudoir 🥹 Neon lights. Disco balls. My camera. My chaos. My joy. My “I will never stop being emo even if my knees say otherwise” energy. This is what I’m here to do: ✨ Capture every inch of everything good about you ✨ Show you the beauty you forget you have ✨ Freeze the moments that make your life feel like a movie ✨ Bring the fun, the personality, the boldness, the vibes If you’re into all that, welcome. You’re in the right place. Let’s make art with your life. #utahphotographer #art #photographer by @hello_miss_elle

Wow. Chapter 33 ⚡🌈🖤 This year feels different. Not louder… just more real. Like I finally stopped trying to fit into versions of myself that were never meant to hold me ⚡ 33 is choosing peace without losing my fire 🖤 It’s knowing exactly who I am… and not shrinking for anyone who can’t meet me there 🌈 It’s soft where I want to be, untouchable where I need to be ⚡ I’ve outgrown the need to explain myself. Outgrown the fear of being “too much.” Outgrown anything that asked me to be less than what I know I am 🖤⚡ This chapter? It’s alignment. It’s passion. It’s being seen in a way that feels honest… and keeping the parts of me that aren’t meant for everyone 🌈🖤 And maybe for the first time, I’m allowing myself to be fully in it— the joy, the intensity, the connection, the electricity ⚡ 33 isn’t a restart. It’s a continuation… just louder in all the right ways and quieter where it matters 🌈🖤 I’m not becoming someone new. I’m finally allowing myself to be her ⚡🖤🌈 📸 by my girlfriend @dezy_lil_bit 😘 Yes, girlfriend. by @hello_miss_elle
