📍Most fitness coaches don’t have a “bad offer”, they don’t know how to market it.⬇️ That’s why you’re stuck wondering: “Why is no one signing up?” “Why do people ghost my DMs?” “Why is selling so awkward?” It’s not because you suck at coaching. It’s because no one taught you how to sell your service in a way that feels natural. So here’s a quick tip while you’re here. (because I’m not just gonna tell you to “post more content” and leave it at that): ➡️ Stop selling features, start selling outcomes. Your clients don’t care that it’s “12 weeks of workouts, macros, and check-ins.” 📍They care about how their life looks after working with you. Can they finally stop starting over every Monday? Can they actually stick to something without burning out? Can they get stronger and still enjoy their weekends? That’s what you sell. That’s what makes people buy. Swipe the carousel for the rest of the strategy. Let me know in the comments, What’s one thing you’re struggling with when it comes to selling your program? 📍People don’t buy coaching because it’s “useful”, they buy because it solves a problem they can’t stop thinking about.⬇️ Selling coaching isn’t about convincing people to care about fitness. It’s about showing them you understand the problem that’s keeping them stuck. Most coaches post facts: ❌ “You need protein.” ❌ “You should strength train.” But facts don’t sell coaching. Feelings do. Here’s how people really buy: They have a problem they can’t figure out. They see your content and feel, “Oh, that’s why I’m stuck.” Now they trust you to help them fix it. That’s buying psychology. So here’s a quick tip while you’re here: ➡️ Stop marketing to people’s logic, start speaking to their frustration. “I’m tired of starting over every Monday.” “I’m sick of not seeing progress even though I’m ‘doing everything right.’” “I want to get stronger without living in the gym.” ➡️ When you can say what they’re thinking before they say it out loud, that’s when selling gets easy. ➡️ Swipe the carousel for more psychology-based tips that actually work. 📍Clients don't pay for workouts, they pay for the relief of no longer being stuck.⬇️ People don’t buy coaching because it makes sense. They buy because it solves a problem that’s personal. Most coaches are out here listing features: ❌ “12-week program” ❌ “Weekly check-ins” ❌ “Custom macros” That’s not what sells. What actually works? Make people feel like you understand their struggle better than anyone else. When they trust that you get it, buying feels like the next logical step. Here’s a quick tip while you’re here: ➡️ Your content should make people say, “That’s me.” Not “That’s interesting” Not “That’s good info” 📍But “That’s exactly what I’m dealing with.” That’s emotional marketing. And when you do it right, the financial side takes care of itself. Swipe the carousel for real examples you can use today. What’s the hardest part for you when it comes to selling your coaching? 📍 Posting workouts won't turn followers into buyers. Branding is what makes that happen⬇️ Fitness coaches, here’s the truth: Most of your followers aren’t thinking, “Should I buy coaching?” They’re thinking, “Do I actually trust this person to help me?” That’s where branding comes in. It’s not about your logo. It’s not about picking the perfect font. It’s about positioning yourself as the coach who actually gets it. 📍Here’s a quick tip while you’re here: ➡️ Stop posting “what” you do, start showing why it matters. Anyone can sell workouts and macros. But not everyone can show why your coaching is the solution to their real-life problems. That’s how you turn strangers into buyers. Make them feel seen. Make them feel safe buying from you. 📢 What’s one thing you’re stuck on when it comes to branding your coaching biz? 📢 Posting more content won’t fix the problem if the content you’re posting isn’t doing its job.⬇️ Most fitness coaches think the answer is to “stay consistent.” But if your content isn’t connecting with people, posting more of it won’t magically make them buy. Here’s why most fitness content gets ignored: ❌ It’s too generic ❌ It’s all tips, no trust-building ❌ It teaches, but it doesn’t sell the solution The goal isn’t just to educate, it’s to make people realize: “Oh… THIS is why I’ve been stuck. And this is the coach who can help me.” Here’s a quick tip while you’re here: 1️⃣ Start writing content like you’re talking to one stuck person, not the whole internet. 2️⃣ Speak to the real problem they have, not just what you know. ➡️ When your posts feel personal, people stop scrolling. When they feel like you’re their coach before they’ve even paid you, that’s when they buy. 📍What’s one thing you’re stuck on right now when it comes to creating content that sells? 📍If people don’t remember you, they won’t buy from you. That’s why branding matters. Most fitness coaches think branding is about looking polished.⬇️ But here’s the real reason branding matters: People need to see you, hear you, and feel like you’re the coach they trust, before they’ll ever click “buy.” 📍If your content looks like every other coach on their feed, guess what happens? They forget you. And if they forget you, they’ll never work with you. Branding solves that problem. Here’s a quick tip while you’re here: 📍 Branding is just reputation at scale. It’s how you get someone to say: “I like how this coach talks about fitness.” “I trust this person’s approach.” “I want to work with them, not the other guy.” That’s what leads to sales. 📍It’s not about being the loudest, it’s about being the one they remember and trust. 📍If you’re only focused on marketing, but not building a brand, you’re making sales harder than they need to be. A lot of fitness coaches mix these two things up: Marketing = Getting attention. Branding = Giving people a reason to trust you when you have it. Marketing is the post, the DM, the story hook. Branding is why they stick around and eventually buy. If you only market, you’ll always feel like you’re chasing leads. When you build a brand, the right people come to you. 📍Here’s a quick tip while you’re here: 👉 Marketing is “Hey, look at me!” 👉 Branding is “Here’s why I’m the coach for you.” Both matter. But branding makes marketing 10x easier, because people already trust you before you ever pitch. Swipe the carousel for more on how to do both the right way. 📍What’s something you’re stuck on when it comes to branding or marketing your coaching biz? 📍 If your content looks good but still isn’t selling, this is probably why.⬇️ Most fitness coaches focus on how their brand looks, but forget how their brand connects. ➡️ You can have the cleanest logo, the nicest colors, and the slickest feed… But if people don’t feel like you actually understand them? They’ll scroll right past you. ➡️ Branding isn’t just about being “professional.” It’s about making people say: “That’s exactly what I’m struggling with.” “That coach actually gets my situation.” Here’s a quick tip while you’re here: ➡️ If your brand is all about you, that’s why it’s not working. Your brand should be about them, the people you’re trying to help. ➡️ What’s their real problem? ➡️ What do they want that no one else is talking about? 💎 When you get clear on that, selling feels natural. No convincing. No chasing. Just real connection that leads to real clients. 📍What’s one thing you’re stuck on when it comes to branding your coaching?
