I talk about one aspect of what helped me here… the real heroes are the friends who showed up when everything was going wrong! But also singing it out can be a game changerrrrr

I think I’m slowly going to try to post more of these types of videos here. I’ve been posting everyday to Facebook and that’s been a WILD experience of letting myself be seen by people who knew me over a decade ago, now it might be the time to be more open & vulnerable to my community on Insta as well. by @hellobethewing

I get to share the stage with some incredible people this Sunday at the **East of Who I Was** launch party—and I couldn’t be more excited. This is going to be an unforgettable afternoon of stories, creativity, and community. Elizabeth (“Beth”) Ewing is a storyteller, producer, and digital creator from Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Passionate about building community through the power of networking and storytelling, she has spent years supporting creative projects, traveling the world, and championing independent artists. She is currently in post-production on her short film, I Think This Is a Slasher Film?, which is slated for release later this year.
“The heart is always speaking, and it requires deep discernment to truly understand its voice. I have learned to pay attention when my heart seems to tumble out of my mouth.”

Every professional pivot in Leah Parish’s life began with an unexpected announcement, as if her words just bubbled up from her heart and escaped.

From a degree in Psychology, to teaching and leading in the Education field, and later serving in Mental Wellness spaces, Leah has spent her career understanding the human landscape that those early, bold declarations pointed to.

After earning a Master’s in Public Health and obtaining her Coaching Certification, she stepped into the major part of her calling to help others process the continuous streams of data their own hearts provide.

Today, her work through HeartSeat Coaching is about partnering with individuals in a focus on the “seat of the heart”; the sacred space where our hopes, intentions, and the wellspring of life rest.

Climbed 4,360 ft into a cloud preserve last month!
Trekked through rainforest mud to get to the top (and my shoes are still muddy from it).
The 5 of us spotted spider monkeys, millipedes, and over a dozen species of birds that had me thinking about playing Wingspan (iykyk) 🪺🦜

The snow is still here, it still looks beautiful in the woods… but man is it CRUNCHY to walk on. You never know if you’re able to glide on top or break right through 😅 by @hellobethewing
