📚 Storytime! 📚

.Once upon a time, there was a counselor who loved to cosplay. She especially loved Disney Princesses and felt connected to them when she put on their beautiful outfits. One day at work she overheard someone say, “Who does she think she is? Wearing those Princess dresses... it’s not like she’s 12 anymore,” and they all laughed.
.
Everyone has different hobbies and passions. Mine is to cosplay and become some of my favorite childhood characters. It’s especially touching when I can help bring a smile across someone’s face, especially kids (and kids at heart!). Most recently, I wore Cinderella and as I walked by several families I heard a child shout “See Mom! Cinderella IS REAL!” - my heart just melted. Some may not understand why we dress up and that’s okay, but if you feel embarrassed or sad that others might put you down - remember why YOU do it. Perhaps it makes you feel confident, or maybe you love making things and this is a creative outlet, or perhaps it’s a way to show how much you love this character. Everyone has different reasons, but if it puts a smile on your face then ignore the naysayers. They themselves might be jealous or just don’t understand, and that’s okay. You can’t please everyone, but you do have a choice to do what makes you happy :)

Ayer asistimos a @yukaifest y gracias a mis compañeros me sentí motivado para estrenar a Muzan.
Les voy a contar un poco sobre este Cosplan... Lo tenía en la lista hace mucho tiempo, creo que hace un año ya.
No estaba motivado a hacerlo a pesar de tener todo para usarlo, pero mis compañeros de cosplay me dieron motivación y en un día terminé los pocos detalles que me faltaban. La verdad que superó mis expectativas y me siento muy cómodo usándolo, además me veo todo un caballero y amo hacer de villano ✨
