🚨Baby Announcement Time Again 🚨

Yup, we’re expecting a new ghostly and we’re super excited for our BIG Family to get a little BIGGER.

We’ve been extremely anxious this time around since we caught the you know what a couple of months ago but we feel a little better announcing it after the recent scan that confirmed it’s a girl. Any gaming name suggestions are welcomed lol 😂.

The baby is due in October, so if anyone knows how to sneak an Xbox Series X and 55inch TV into the hospital to play Assassin’s Creed Mirage, let me know lol 😂

What’s been the best game you’ve played over the past month?

It’s easily The Blood Of Dawnwalker for me, the story and game player are some of the best from this year so far. Here’s hoping they get to make a sequel and even third game as I can’t wait to see where Coen story progresses.

What’s one thing that you don’ like about gaming in 2026?

Multiplayer Games have increasingly been focused on creating FOMO rather than creating a good game first and it’s been a bit annoying to deal with. I love multiplayer games like Apex Legends and Fortnite but I wish they would stop using FOMO as a tactic to keep players playing. It’s a lazy tactic when they could just focus on making their game so good, that players want to keep playing. I put over 1000+ hours into Halo 3 and it didn’t need to make me feel like I was missing out if I didn’t play. I just wanted to play and enjoy the game as it was that good. There is very few games that can hold a candle to Halo 3, CoD MW, CoD WaW and Titanfall.

Do you play games on the weekend?

I’ve been all over the place this weekend from grinding birthday cake sprites on Fortnite to finishing up the Skypiea arc on OnePiece. I haven’t enjoyed a bit of adulting to do first today but then the plan is play a little Apex Legends.

How’s your Saturday going so far?

We spent the morning trading sprites on Fortnite so we can get everyone collections completed, the plan is to take it easy for the evening and play some Apex Legends and watch some anime. I’ve got a few episodes left of Skypiea for One Piece, so the plan is to get that arc wrapped this evening.

What games are you playing this weekend?

Outside of the usual Fortnite and Apex Legends, I’ve mainly been just focused on watching One Piece. I’m currently on the Skypiea Arc and I haven’t enjoyed as much as the previous arcs, so I’ve kinda been rushing through it to get to the next arc. I’m getting really close to finishing the arc though, so I’ll probably get that done this weekend. I’m in a bit of a gaming limbo waiting for Gears Of War: R-Day to drop next week.

What’s the last collectors edition you purchased?

It’s been awhile for as I think the last one I picked up was Starfield `constellation Edition, though that will most likely change with the newly announced GTA 6 Collectors Edition.

In other news, my wife @mrsghostlyxd just launched her first ever book and it’s currently available as an ebook with a paperback coming soon. The book is called Accidental Murders And The Half Baked Scheme. If you like cozy murder mysteries set in a small town with unconventional murder weapons, can grab it on Amazon now.

How many games have you purchased this year?

It’s been a surprisingly slower year for game with me but I’ve been buying about one game or so a month.the most notable games being 007: First Light, Pokémon Pokopia, The Blood Of Dawnwalker and Star Wars Zero Company. I think I’ve only got two or three more games coming out for the rest of the year but I gotta save up for gaming console and accessories and all the new game releases next year.

What do you think of Activision developing the next Halo game?

While it’s sad to see soma y developers losing there job, it was time for a fresh pair eyes on Halo as a game series. I’ve persona;lunatic fully invested in Halo since Halo Reach as I just didn’t like the 343/ Halo Studios way of interpreting of the universe. Hopefully with the CoD devs in charge we’ll finally get a halo game like Halo 3. I did find it a little odd that Rare and Wirlds Edge will now be reporting to Activision. Maybe they’ll be support development for the next Halo and Call OfDuty games but we’ll have to wait and see on that front.

What’s the next game you plan to buy?

It’ll be Gears Of War: E-Day for me as I’ve played everyone in co-op and can’t wait to do it again with my wife this year. I got to save some money though, so it might be the last game I pick until GTA 6 as I got some other purchases coming up like the Gears Controller and the 25th Xbox Series X.

I’m feeling a lot better today, so I spent the day watching s Halloween film with the family. Outside of that, the plan is to knockout my dailies on Apex Legends and Fortnite then finish another ending on The `blood Of Dawnwalker.

How’s your Saturday going so far?

I’ve woke up feeling majorly. Under the weather, it’s a mix of a cold crossover with a chest infection. I’ll be taking it easy today and just watching some anime and playing a few matches of Fortnite and Apex Legends. Hopefully I’ll be able to kick it soon as I’m feeling pretty rubbish but it’s okay as I get to relax and take it easy with my family for the rest of the weekend.
