Ending 2025 with gratitude.

This year began with bringing my girls to Kauai and manifesting spending more time in Hawaii.

There were many meaningful moments along the way: welcoming an old New Orleans friend to his first Telluride Fashion Show, several special trips to Tampa to spend time with my mom and my Tampa peeps, Calusa Oysters. Pickle ball Tuesdays, watching Wilder have a strong year with swimming and his internship at the AHA.

November marked 55 trips around the sun..

I closed the year on a wonderful women’s trip hosted by the Hennessy family, to the little island of Namotu, Fiji. I loved traveling with the Maxfield ladies, making new friends. I love being reminded of the power of community, salt water, and my love for the ocean 💜

Turned 55 today, and I couldn’t imagine spending it anywhere else but with my incredible team at the Telluride Medical Center.

Fifty-five rotations around the sun, and this year I’m especially thankful. I head to Fiji, to the tiny island of Namotu, for a women’s surf retreat “The Salty Goddess” and the remarkable Brianna Hennessy. Invited by my best friend from second grade, Maura Maxfield and her sister Melissa Maxfield.

To the people I work with, the community I love, my family, and the gratitude for old friends, here’s to a year filled with joy, purpose, and a whole lot of adventure 💜

Last Thursday’s sold-out event at the Telluride Science Center called “Hot Flashes & Bright Futures: Reimagining Midlife & Menopause Care” sparked a powerful, thought-provoking conversation around women’s health and the evolving landscape of menopause care — and we were honored to be in the room.

Fresh off her appearance with Oprah and interviews on top podcasts like Armchair Expert and Mel Robbins, Dr. Mary Claire Haver (@drmaryclaire | thepauselife.com) joined forces with fellow trailblazers Dr. Suzanne Gilberg-Lenz (@askdrsuzanne | gilberg.monarchmd.com) and Dr. Corinne Menn (@drmennobgyn | drmenn.com) for an inspiring discussion on hormone therapy, brain health, sexual wellness, and whole-body vitality.
