I just wanted to take a break and not just cut down. And yes, it wasn’t easy at first. But thanks to the support of loved ones, the @reframe_app, Vipassana meditation, and some literature, it worked. Our gravel ride to Estavayer-le-Lac was characterized by careless winds 💨 🤭 The 80 kilometers and almost 1000 meters of elevation gain took us through the Gantrisch nature park, across Sense river, through the city of Fribourg and past Payerne to Lake Neuchâtel. A very nice tour with many kilometers on gravel and some time in the forest and with great views 🥳 🚲 ⛰️ 🌳 ☀️

The crystal-clear visibility, the impressive rock formations and the occasional nimble trout make diving in the Verzasca a unique experience. Even if the path to the dive site can be strenuous and the water can be very cold: Diving here is unique.

One of my favorite dive sites ever: gola del lupo in the Maggia Valley. First you hike to the river and cross a sandy beach. After crossing the first pool, you climb into a second pot, from where you branch off to this beautiful waterfall. I always enjoy returning to this place, even though there are more spectacular and colorful diving spots.

Diving in the Revillagigedo Archipelago, third and last part: The playful, giant manta rays accompany you almost constantly on the dive. They are so sublime and amazingly agile and let themselves be massaged by the air bubbles.

Thank you @pablonouvelle for your music. It gives me a lot of pleasure and is just as unique for me as the diving around Socorro.

I would love to know what they perveive a diver to be and what it feels like to dive hundreds of kilometers through the Pacific to stop or live in Socorro.

Blue whales. On my bucket list and in my dreams, yes. But I could never have hoped for such an incredible experience as we had that day. More than two hours traveling with two of these majestic and impressive animals in the Pantar Strait. They moved slowly and didn‘t seem stressed by us at all, even when we jumped into the water. I still get goose bump watching the footage now. It only partially captured those breathtaking moments. Thank you @alordivers for making this possible 🫶🏻🐋
