The hard truth 🫣 And a truth that’s so necessary…

Mentors are people to be truly grateful for and the most powerful way to learn through their stories is to use it as a catalyst for our own awakening.

There’s a blueprint, that is uniquely ours inside of us and it’s our responsibility to follow it at all costs.

Mentors are simply a guide to that truth!

Let us hear your thoughts on this. ✨

We didn’t have all the answers, the resources or perfect conditions.

But we had enough to start.

And perhaps that’s what we want to remind you of today — you might already have more than you think you do. 🤍

This is why we care so deeply about supporting entrepreneurs beyond just the business strategy.

The person building the business matters too.

Because when we heal, grow and learn to lead differently, we can build something bigger than ourselves. 🤍🤲

Maybe it’s time to believe in what you already have.

We see you 🤍✨🤲

Know that all you need is already inside of you! The strategy, the leadership, the IMPACT!

We have the tools, the steps and the intuitive guidance to help lead you towards your manifested self and creative influence.

Our process is that we simply listen, guide, clarify and bring the help you need to put it in action.

All you need to do is stay dreaming as our client! 🤍

Can you recall a moment you felt like your body was saying ‘no’ to a decision that needed to be made? 🤲✨

What did this feel like and what came up for you in your leadership? by @hellohucklberry

Maybe you needed this reminder today. 🤍

There is a strange space that exists when you know you are growing, but you haven’t quite figured out what the next version of your business looks like yet.

You know something needs to change. You can feel that you’ve outgrown certain ways of doing things. You might even have a sense of where you’re going…

…but you don’t necessarily have the words, the strategy or the clarity to explain it yet.

And that can make you feel like you’re failing.

You’re not.

Sometimes you’re simply in the middle of becoming.

We wrote this because we know how easy it is to look around online and feel like everyone else has figured it out — while you’re quietly wondering whether you’re the only Founder who feels exhausted, uncertain or a little lost.

You’re not.

And you don’t have to turn every difficult season into a productivity lesson.

Sometimes you just need to pause long enough to hear yourself again.

If you’re in a season of change and you’re trying to understand what your business needs from you next, we’d love to sit with you in that conversation.

Book a Discovery Call with us and let’s explore what your next chapter could look like.

Wait for the response… Let’s start asking ourselves, “what was I made for?”

Not all clients are misaligned…
some are mirrors.

They show you where you’re overgiving, overexplaining,
or not fully owning your value—yet.

We’ve experienced it all.
And if we’re honest… we stayed longer than we should have.

But things shifted when we did.

We chose better.
And better started choosing us.

So if something feels off right now—
don’t just fix the client.

Ask: what is this teaching me about how I lead, choose, and allow?

Ready to stop repeating the cycle?
Comment LEADERS ✨

What truths are showing up for you?

Are you willing to go there and push beyond your limitations of the mind in order to serve others?

We need leaders who are truthful.
We need leaders who honour the depths of their own truth.
We need leaders who know that only through their own truth, can we serve others to the best of our ability.

Our truth leads us to connection. It leads us to compassion. And in return, of service to others.

Stay awake. Lead with an awakened heart.

There comes a point in leadership where it’s not about doing more…
it’s about becoming the version of you who can hold more.

More vision.
More responsibility.
More of what you know you’re here to build.

And if you’re honest, you can feel it —
the stretch between where you are and what’s calling you forward.

That’s what this experience is here for.

This is a space for leaders who are ready to:

• Move beyond limitation and into expansion
• Understand the cycles of contraction, release & growth
• Learn how to hold and ground a bigger vision
• Reconnect to their creative power and authentic expression

This isn’t about pushing harder.
It’s about expanding your capacity to lead differently.

✨ Live, immersive experience

If you feel the call, you’re invited.

What happens inside our online leadership incubator isn’t just strategy… it’s remembrance. ✨

Lindy @re__wildfood came into the space seeking clarity for her business — but what unfolded was so much deeper.

We didn’t rush into models or numbers.
We grounded.
We listened.
We asked for permission — from the ocean, from the body, from something greater.

Because before the business can expand… we must feel safe to hold it.

Over the weeks, we moved through layers:
From grounding and intention…
To sitting with our wombs…
To meeting her inner child and redefining what “home” truly means.

And suddenly, her business wasn’t just an offering —
it became a healing extension of her story.

We explored her soul’s path, her guides, her medicine.
We sat with the tension between contraction and expansion — in her body, in her voice, in her vision.

A legacy rooted in the ocean, in kindness, in teaching others how to return to themselves.

And only then… did we begin to shape the business.

Because impact-led work doesn’t start with a business model.
It starts with truth.

This is what she experienced.
This is what she voiced back to us.

Leaders Lounge is for the leader who understands that their business is not separate from their healing…
it is because of it.
