Omg, I can’t believe this day has come, our last meet up of our year long 300HR YTT (for 500HR certification) (YTT = Yoga Teacher Training) I was both a student & on faculty for this one & we all agreed that the magic in this group is so real and so therapeutic, we plan on meeting monthly forever maybe!! Officially the best teacher training I have ever experienced (my 6th YTT so far / yoga teacher training is my fave place to hang out, what can I say, teacher training is my jam) - thank you @diannebondyyogaofficial for inviting me on faculty & being such an amazing mentor and shining example of what a teacher of teachers can be, you have inspired me, and all of us, more than you know; You just be being authentically and unapologetically you!! You are the embodiment of what humanity can speak like, learn like, teach like, community like, social like, be like…thank you for being you!! (At the beginning of this training, I experienced life pausing, interrupting, severe physical trauma, that turned to crippling post traumatic stress and depression, @diannebondyyogaofficial ‘s humanity and compassion was super human, I had considered withdrawing from the cohort, I am so glad she encouraged me to stay and work at my own pace, what a fulfilling experience of learning and being in community, while experiencing magical self growth & discovery!!! this has been pure magic! Happy Birthday Dillon!! I love you more than any words could ever explain. You are the most loving, caring, selfless, creative, present, funny, smart, and beautiful person I have ever met!! The whole world is better with you in it, and my whole world has changed ever since you and I, became us!! I am so lucky to be half of us! I love you, Happy Birthday!! We have been to NYC two times in July and August, both to celebrate your birthday and our anniversary, when Nathan Lane and Lori Metcalf canceled our first attempt at DEATH OF A SALESMAN for our anniversary, I said let’s go back in a month for your birthday and see them, so we did, we also got to see TWO STRANGERS CARRY A CAKE ACROSS NEW YORK, and LOST BOYS!! We have now experienced 114 plays together, starting with one of yours, TVSHKA, two years ago in July!! I still remember we sat in the front row and you held my hand, we had only been dating for about a month, over two years later and we will go to our 115th play together today on your birthday, and our 116th play together tomorrow, and we are already planning our third trip to broadway!! OH, MARY! with Emmy nominated @megsstalter is hilarity exploding from the Prettiest Girl in America. The humor is as real as the story. The absurdity is the medicine you didn’t know you needed. Go get you some funny from Oh, Mary!! Just go!

We were celebrating our two year anniversary in New York City and loved every moment of the city and of THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW. Sexy, beautiful, and the opposite of heteronormative. What a gift to humanity. CATS: THE JELLICLE BALL was a religious experience proving the gods are indeed gender nonconforming and melanated! It was like being at the last supper with god actually present! Every other show suddenly felt like a ritual where we merely talk about the divine. We had the best seats in the house with the Cats speaking directly to us, and it was EVERYTHING! What else can I say? Go see Cats: The Jellicle Ball on Broadway! See life being lived in the most magical, beautiful, joy- filled fabulous way. Experience OPULENCE. We recently saw @raven_theatre ‘s production of #OCTET . Is it the best show I have ever seen? Just maybe. It certainly is now my favorite musical. This was @dchitto and I’s 100th play together and we can’t stop thinking and talking about it!
Let me say what I’m hoping and imaging other people are thinking, this production of Octet should head to Broadway. It’s that good. These performers are the pinnacle of passion and possibility in musical theater.

Loki The End of the World Tour @lifelinetheatre is a production of pure possibility. The possibility of what joy, laughter, community, love, hope, and a perfect Saturday night can be! This whole production: the book, the music, the set, the wardrobe, the direction, and oh wow, the cast- all examples of what happens when a group of passionate soul and community driven genius comes together. To experience Loki right now is to be there at the beginning, because we will see more of it. Go see this show so when Loki is on broadway you can say you saw that premier performance at the @lifelinetheatre theater! taken in Lifeline Theatre by @helloiamjeff

Oh the things history can teach us… @timelinetheatre ’s inaugural production in their beautiful new space, An Enemy of the People, holds up a mirror from a century ago and we see today, greed and truth still colliding just as they always have. Every role is cast perfectly. @wellthatwentwill plays the voice of reason and over 100 years later this feels like the voices of today who are silenced, censored, and bullied into submission. Wonders if a conservative were to saunter into this genius production, might today’s political ideals hit different. Just go see #AnEnemyofThePeople before it closes!
