“Back in the day when I entered the coffee industry…”

I still remember how I started to learn about coffee and it was curiosity that has been answered.

It was such a big achievement for me to be able to join the competition in the coffee industry. But I am proud to say that I became part of it and even won 3rd place and to top it all off it was my very first competition. Thanks to @cafegranjalaesperanza for developing such a beautiful and amazing Sudan Rume!

And finally, I want to thank Allah and my family. I also want to give thanks to @almallouhi @kalmallouhi who made everything possible, @theespressolab for the support they all gave to me.

To my humble coach @ardabuanna , thank you for the support, help and guide you're a freakin legend!

I also want to give thanks to all that supported me throughout my journey. Especially @mirayussa @mkee_f Thank you so much! You’re the best!

Had an amazing time as a guest cupper at Best of Panama 2025! 🌿☕

Super grateful for the chance to taste some of the finest coffees in the world and meet so many inspiring people with fresh perspectives on coffee.

This coming Sunday, August 30, we’re welcoming our friends from The Espresso Lab (@theespressolab).

Behind the bar will be Fajar Maulana Fikri (@helloitsfajar), Director of Coffee at The Espresso Lab. He’ll be here to brew, pour, and share what he’s been working on — from coffee, craft, and everything in between.

We’ll also be brewing with Waved Tech (@waved.tech), exploring a different approach to coffee through electromagnetic wave technology.
