Our relationships don’t define us, they refine us.

How we relate to others, to our work, to our health, etc offers much insight about ourselves.

Relationships act like mirrors … they reveal our needs, fears, values, habits, and expectations.

Relationships reveal the places where our inner world meets reality..

Through them we have the ability to discover what we still need to heal, strengthen, accept, or change.

Through observation of our relationship patterns we can begin to intentionally refine our “self” to better support our deeply rooted needs and goals…

Relationships don’t define you, they refine you.

Life isn’t happening TO you, it’s happening FOR you.

The days leading up to my birthday I always experience heightened emotions that tend to feel heavy to carry.

I haven’t shared a post like this in a while but am learning to share my voice again and feel called to share the insights I am having from the past years of my life 💟

The days feel long but life passes by quickly…

Give yourself and others grace for the missteps while we share the dance floor together.

There is no right or wrong… there is just time and energy and what you choose to do with it — do what fuels your heart and spirit deeply.

Tuning into your heart and following the wisdom of your spirit will never lead you astray.

Along the way our vulnerable heart gets bruised and battered and healing isn’t pretty or linear… but the lows make the highs so much more delicious.

Be unapologetically true to your own unique energy, spirit, and calling — people come and people go but the right ones for each phase of your journey find you every single time ❤️

At times we may judge our journey, we may question our path and direction, we question ourselves, our egos struggle to grasp at what defines us — but our spirit is true and pure and eternal no matter what and that is the core of our being.

When the mental noise gets too loud, you can always tune in to that quiet, eternal place within 🌱
