The result of countless attempts of @archie_garami trying to demonstrate a sequence from Cross Ashi @jaybutlerbjj on a Sunday morning.
@anna.polgar @rybuttlebjj @sidjiujitsu & @cameron_axhorn are the LEAST helpful ukes EVER!
@anna.polgar is the worst videographer ever btw 🤦🏼‍♂️😂 taken in Jay Butler Brazilian Jiu Jitsu by @hellosambjj

A disappointing excursion to Ireland today.
Won my opening Gi match then lost on points in the semi-finals.
Then lost by an advantage in my opening NoGi division.
First BJJ I’ve done in 3/4 weeks though 💁‍♂️ and got asked to show some guard retention stuff on the side 😅

As always thanks to everyone at @jaybutlerbjj 🙏🏻 no nerves at all when competing when I know I have to deal with you guys day to day 😘 & thank you @butlerfamily6 & @maddy_bjj12 for coming 😇 smash it tomorrow at the Euros!

A extra special thanks aswel @meg_alice__ I probably wouldn’t have even come if you hadn’t been such a huge help mate 💪🏻 taken in Dublin, Ireland by @hellosambjj
