Found California's most underrated coastal trail 🇮🇹➡️🇺🇸 The Coast Walk Trail in La Jolla Cove is only 0.6 miles, starts right by the Cave Store, and might be the closest you'll get to Positano without leaving the country. The quiet side of PB nobody talks about 🌊 Crown Point is still Pacific Beach, but life here revolves around the bay instead of the ocean. Think morning walks along the water, paddleboarding on calm days, and a home base that’s a lot more peaceful than Garnet on a Saturday night. The trade-off: you’re a bit further from the nightlife and the oceanside beach scene. For a lot of buyers, that’s the point. 🏡 Recent median sale prices: Detached homes: ~$2.13M Townhomes: ~$1.26M Condos: ~$955K If bay life sounds more like you, comment CROWN and we’ll send you resources on the neighborhood 👇 #PacificBeach #CrownPoint #SanDiegoRealEstate #SanDiegoLiving #missionbay taken in Crown Point Park by @hellosandiego

North Pacific Beach is the side of PB most people don’t picture 🌊 It’s slower and more residential, with a La Jolla feel and Bird Rock just up the street. You can still walk to coffee, dinner, and drinks, and you’re minutes from Tourmaline, Law Street, and Windansea. 📊 As of September 2026, the median sold price over the last three months is around $2.2M, with an average of 27 days on market. It’s a lot of that La Jolla feel without quite the La Jolla price tag. If North PB sounds like the place for you, comment NORTH and we’ll reach out with resources 👇 #SanDiego #PacificBeach #NorthPB #SanDiegoRealEstate #SanDiegoLiving LaJolla PBLife MovingToSanDiego taken in North Pacific Beach by @hellosandiego
