We talk a lot about the benefits of a well-designed space. But what does the process of creating one actually look like in the mind of an interior architect? Beyond the aesthetics, there is always a blueprint. Swipe to step inside the SPACED approach to functional planning and see how we engineer experiences that go deeper than the surface🕳️ . . . . . #interiorarchitectureanddesign #spaceplanning #lagosdesigner #designprocess #interiordesignerinlagos taken in Nigeria by @hellospaced

We are so proud to see our “Industrial Playground” philosophy featured on @essentialinteriors In a landscape where luxury is often defined as “shiny and soft,” we believe Nigeria is ready for a different perspective. Our work at Xclusive in Lagos serves as a working argument for this shift - taking the “grit” from the streets and transforming it into glamour through raw, honest and high-performance design. In conversation with the @essentialinteriors team, we unpacked our design language and how we used tactile, industrial textures to redefine the retail experience. The feature dives deep into our philosophy and the collaborative leadership behind SPACED. There is so much more to the story than what meets the eye✨ 🔗 Read the full editorial via the link in our “PRESS” highlight. ✨A massive thank you to the incredible team at Spaced who worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life. This feature belongs to all of us 🫂✨ . . . . . #interiordesignerinlagos #i̇ndustrialdesign #lagosarchitecture #essentialinteriors #commercialrealestate taken in Lagos, Nigeria by @hellospaced

We are wrapping up the civil works on this project. This is the “messy” stage but it’s one of the most important! The intentional structural detailing during this phase is what paves the way for all the premium finishes and furnishings to truly shine✨ Phase 2 is up next and the transformation will be incredible!🤭 Stay tuned for the final look and follow us @hellospaced for more✨ . . . . . #civilworks #interiordesignerinlagos #lagosrealestate #interiorarchitectureanddesign #workinprogress⚠️ taken in Lagos, Nigeria by @hellospaced

In the world of retail, your space is your brand’s first impression 📌 Interior Architecture plays a pivotal role in creating environments that not only captivate customers but also drive business success. A well-designed space influences brand perception, encourages repeat visits and ultimately, boosts sales 📈 For this XCLUSIVE clothing store, we executed an “Industrial Playground” concept 📍Design and execution @hellospaced _____________________ ✨How we achieved this? By mixing raw ~ rugged textures and lots of metals works with strategic pops of brand-identity colors in the space. We strategically positioned lighting to highlight the client’s products and guide the customer journey. We transformed this 34.5sqm space into a sanctuary! ✨ In our latest project - SKINTAINANCE, the challenge wasn’t just design, it was maximizing every inch of the footprint 👣 Our Goal? Fitting in a reception area, pedicure station, treatment room, steam room and a restroom, all without making the space feel cramped! The result? A masterclass in space utilization that doesn’t compromise on the vibe. We intentionally created a flow that exudes calmness and coziness, perfectly reflecting @skintainancespalagos brand’s identity. This is proof that you don’t need massive square footage to build a high-end experience…you just need smart design👌🏽 Design & Execution: @hellospaced 📹 @jej.creations >> Check out our previous post to see the transformation process >> . . . . . #spadesign #commercialinteriordesign #wellnessdesign #spaceplanning #interiordesigninlagos retaildesign taken in Lagos, Nigeria by @hellospaced
