This week I’m doing something different .. something I didn’t think I’d ever be comfortable with lol & that is; instructing the yoga flow 🦋 @shanyadreams has been helping me with that segment & it’s been such a blessing!🖤
I’m excited to teach some movements that Ik to each of u! & who knows I might get confident w it 1 day 🤷🏾

This shift has been real & it’s just started. Starting to live more up to the definition of my name. Alexandria - defender of Gods people. Thankful y’all see me & are willing to walk w me , as I walk w you 🤝🏾

Nonetheless, this’ll take place EVERY SUNDAY @ NOON & I am sooooo grateful for anyone tunin in whenever time aligns 💐

Feel free to use this sound 🌳💫

Here are a few of my fav realities of sound healing.

A few fav realities of doing sound session w HELLKAT are :
• clients have space to feel all they need to within a safe space
• as I pour into you ; you pour into me
•pure genuine energy from all parties involved
• eye bring to the forefront what needs to be seen/felt
