Hello, this is Andres (@asiiiro), creator and host of Help Wanted, a new talk show from @universalpunk.tx.

If you liked the BLASST podcast, this show will serve as a continuation of my journey exploring and celebrating the many interesting things that make the RGV the special place it is, with a little personal creative touch.

If you're reading this, it means that I have finally decided to put this project in the public eye. I got this idea in December 2025, named it and recorded theme music with friends for it in January 2026, began interviewing guests in February 2026, and only now in July 2026 am I finally ready to launch this thing.

I'm still not sure what shape this thing will take, but I have a rough idea of how I want to begin, and I think that's all that really matters. I know that I would like to have a way for folks to support the show if they feel so inclined, and Patreon makes the most sense right now, so expect one of those soon.

Lastly, if this text is in the public eye, that also means Episode 0 of this show is ready to watch on the YouTube channel (link in bio). I won't make a post about it til tomorrow or Sunday, so consider this your chance to be one of the first to see what this show is all about.
