Loved seeing Duran Duran again ! I’ve seen them twice in Hyde Park and it’s always a great atmosphere ! I love Nile & Chic aswell who are so much fun ! Scissor Sisters were fun too . Insta is cutting my videos a bit and they are from a distance but it gives a great idea of it all ! I’ve seen James Morrison in concert at several different venues since 2009 but I’ve never had the chance to meet him until tonight ! He’s so friendly and lovely and chatted to everyone in the venue for more than an hour . It’s been brilliant seeing him two days running in London & Brighton as tonight’s acoustic gig was rescheduled just by chance , next to the other one . Loved him singing yesterday with his daughter too and both sounded fantastic together . ( Insta has cut down the end of the video unfortunately with them both singing together ! ) Such an exciting evening tonight ! 🎼🎸❤️ by @helspels66

Really loved seeing Kylie with @curlynz and friends ! Brilliant set list with so many well known songs and new ones too ! Still humming them non stop ! This was my 3rd year running going to see all the amazing flower displays at “ Chelsea In Bloom. “ ! @kiwibecx was with me there last year too and Rob had been two years ago . We all loved the designs and this year’s theme is “ Out of this World “ with space/planet ideas ! It’s a free event every year in conjunction with the Chelsea Flower Show . We were relieved the tube strikes were suddenly called off and we could all still go ! 🌺🌼🪻🌺

Such a great time as ever with lots of the Spandettes /Spandudes at Steve Norman’s annual gig at Pizza Express , Holborn every May ! The music was more stripped back with the piano this time and we all loved hearing lots of songs from the Spandau “Once More “ album and other tracks like Duran Duran & Bowie ! 🎉🎼🎸🎷🍹

Maria , Suzanne and I had lovely pancakes on Sunday in Holborn . Rob came up afterwards to watch the Newcastle v West Ham game with me at a busy sports bar in Piccadilly - we lost so I won’t discuss that much more , as relegation is looming ! 😂⚽️⚒️ taken in Pizza Express by @helspels66

We’ve had a busy but great couple of weeks starting in Bristol for Daniel’s graduation, celebrating his First Class Honours BSc in Mathematics ! We then had a great time in London with Rob’s brother Steve & wife Ailsa ! We all enjoyed going to the Hawley Arms pub ( Amy Winehouse used to go there regularly ) in Camden & looking round the market etc . Rob & I also went to West Ham at home too and have been to Spitalfields Market & Brick Lane , London today ! 🎉🇬🇧⚽️🍸 by @helspels66

We all had such a lovely day celebrating @cris_manita 60th birthday at the Blitz Exhibition at the Design Museum in Kensington , followed by a lovely birthday lunch together ! We had a brilliant time at the special O2 Priority “Winners “ evening at “ Grease The Immersive Movie Musical “ , Battersea Park ! It’s only until 7th Sept and it’s so much fun ! Really enjoyed dancing & singing away with everyone . Just a few pics & video taken outside in the Carnival area , as no filming is allowed in the main theatre auditorium. Rob @londoncalling130 and I really enjoyed the Wembley Stadium tour today ! We’ve been there regularly for the England football games and also NFL London . It was great as our tour coincided with the 40th anniversary of Live Aid this weekend too ! As you may have gathered by now 🤣🤣@suzanneswillingham and I loved seeing Duran Duran & Nile Rodgers & Chic !! Such a brilliant atmosphere with non-stop dancing and singing at Chelmsford City Racecourse ! We were lucky with the weather as it was dry and sunny !
