✨A new gathering in Lewes for Sussex wellbeing practitioners✨

Are you a small business or solo practitioner working in wellness? We know it can be lonely sometimes, and easy to forget to take care of yourself. So we’d love you to join our new monthly meet up in Lewes, with Marisa @hema.sounds and Ellie @ellienovacoaching.

Each session includes:

- A guest speaker
- A self-care experience
- Celebration of wins and sharing challenges
- Informal networking
- Reflection and action planning complimentary snacks and drinks

We meet Wednesdays, 12 - 2:30 and our next meet ups are:
October 21st
November 18th
December 16th

First session is £15 and if you like it you can book a block of 3 sessions at £30 to be used over 6 months.

We’re so excited about our next guest speaker! @ola_kowalska_somatics is a somatic coach who will be sharing how we can ensure our work is seen by our ideal clients.

What does a good day look like to you?

This was my Wednesday this week.

I held a collaborative and unique networking event over lunch with @ellienovacoaching - for wellness workers near Lewes followed by a screening of @mycinemaclinic ‘s fabulous documentary about Menopause at The Komedia in Brighton.
I contributed to the sound track and saw my name on the credits for the first time - nice!
Good to feel part of such a great project.
Thanks for the opportunity @isabelle_fauchet

See my bio for our next ‘Connect and Inspire’ meet-up on November 18th or to sign up to my newsletter - thank you.

We meet once a month on a Monday evening 7.15-9.25pm in the comfort of my cosey studio in Lewes.
Tea and a few treats always offered.
The evening starts and ends with a sound healing offering and inbetween we talk, listen laugh and learn from each other.

Sometimes we pull cards to seek little messages of wisdom like tonight.

Had a lovely afternoon with such a warm and friendly group of friends and family for a bespoke ‘ Zen Hen party’ today.
The bride to be is central, has a flower, gift and the hens send a message to her in a short ritual. Instruments are chosen and everything provided.
Do get in touch if this is something you would like.

We’re so delighted that our first Connect and Inspire guest speaker will be @ola_kowalska_somatics

Ola Kowalska is a nervous system and somatic coach for ambitious, sensitive business owners. Before moving more deeply into somatic work, she spent years coaching entrepreneurs around business, money, marketing and growth.

Her work now brings those worlds together, exploring what happens when the strategy makes sense but being seen, selling your work or putting yourself out there still feels bloody hard. She helps business owners understand the human and nervous-system side of visibility, so they can show up for their work without constantly overriding themselves.

She’ll be speaking on Weds 21 October at our Connect and Inspire networking event for wellness practitioners and businesses. Her talk will help guide you to make your work more visible and attract more clients.
